Visitors

Open visiting hoursThe Grange operates a policy of open visiting, although the most convenient visiting times are generally between 11am and 8pm, when there will also be a member of staff available for the visitor to speak to if necessary. At other times of the day, staff tend to be busy and their priority must be the Residents.

The manager and deputy manager will also be available between 10am and 5pm, and visitors are encouraged to call in at the office for a chat at any time. If in doubt, by all means contact us first for an appointment.

For a change of scene perhaps, The Anchor pub is only a minute’s walk from The Grange, along a flat path with good wheelchair access, and offers good pub food and a lovely garden.

Signing inVisitors’ observations and suggestions are always welcome.

Visitors are asked to sign in and out when visiting.

A quiet room is also available upon request when visiting.

At the Grange all staff are approachable and keen to resolve any problems.
