Staff are recruited from a large catchment area, including from overseas. A a comprehensive induction and ongoing training programmes ensures that service quality and morale are high. We are very proud of our staff.
The day to day management of The Grange is the responsibility of the Management Team. They are given 24-hour support by the team of Registered Nurses, who are in turn supported by the team of Key Carers. Every Resident has an assigned Registered Nurse and Key Carer.
Because we treat our staff with the same dignity and respect accorded to our Residents, you can be sure that staff will always be polite, courteous, cheerful, constructive and greet you with a smile. |
The Grange is fortunate to have a dedicated and loyal team, some of whom have worked with us since 1984. 
Appropriate training, development, appraisal & assessment schemes are in place for all levels of staff: Management, Nursing, Catering, Domestic & Support. |
