Two communal lounges and a separate dining hall are located on the ground floor. Bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and first floors.
The village of Stanford in the Vale includes a small supermarket, a couple of pubs, and a post office. Residents are encouraged to form links with the local community. The nearby Market Towns of Wantage and Faringdon are both easily accessible by car or public transport. The kitchens are open 24 hours a day for snacks and drinks. All meals are cooked on the premises and Residents take an active part in ensuring that the Menu is to their liking - with accommodation made to personal tastes wherever possible.
L e i sure activities are many and varied. Residents look forward to being entertained on a regular basis throughout the week, as well as taking part in participatory activities. We endeavor to provide an environment of comfort, warmth, safety and homeliness. Residents can expect to find a happy, caring and lively atmosphere. The Services provided for Residents aim to reflect this. |
The Grange is registered as a Nursing Home for up to 49 male and female service users aged 60 years and over. The home is also registered to provide care for three physically disabled people, and three persons between the ages of 18 and 59. Registered nurses are on duty 24 hours a day. 
The Grange is set in attractive grounds that are accessible to service users and visitors. The patio area and landscaped gardens provide a secluded and tranquil environment to enjoy in the warmer months.
