Rooms are redecorated individually for new Residents, and come fully furnished.
Residents are encouraged to make their room their own, with pictures, personal effects and decor that suite their tastes and personalities. Most Rooms have good views over the gardens, and traffic noise is virtually nonexistent in the quiet village. The dawn chorus can sometimes be a bit noisy however!
All rooms have central heating with individual temperature controls and protective guards for each radiator. The Resident Call System, which can be tailored for each individual, is also in each bedroom. Individual telephones can be arranged, with a number of rooms already having telephones connected. All first floor windows are fitted with safety catches to ensure that the opening is safely restricted. |
The Grange provides accommodation for a maximum of 49 Residents on two floors, with access to the first floor via a lift. Accommodation includes mini-suites, single rooms and companion rooms. Many of the rooms have full En-Suite facilities. All have wash basins.
