 Mission Statement - At the Grange we strive to continuously improve every aspect of the services that we provide to our elderly client group to give good quality of life and health . We do this by constantly listening to the views of our service users, and then providing a consistent and competent service accordingly. We are committed to providing the service that users want, provided that it is appropriate and within our available resources
Aims and Objectives:
- To ensure and maintain a high standard of accommodation, personal care and professional nursing care and to continually maintain and improve the status of the Home
- For our service users to feel secure, not frightened or uncertain as a result of the service they are receiving
- To foster the privacy, dignity, and well-being of our service users and employees
- To give our service users maximum control over their lives by encouraging choice
- To encourage the concept of individualised patient care
- To encourage staff development in order to promote high standards of care
- To collect and collate information from our service users in order to effectively plan for the future
